During their stay at a facility, patients have access to a range of services, including medication management, pain and symptom management, and assistance with daily activities. Our respite care services are designed to give caregivers peace of mind, knowing that their loved ones are in the care of experienced and compassionate healthcare professionals. Our doctors are at the core of our customized hospice care teams and work with other members of the team to develop the care plan that best meets the individual needs of each patient and their loved ones. Our hospice physicians closely coordinate with the patient's primary care physician to ensure care is delivered according to the patient's needs and individual wishes. All of our hospice physician services are provided by an individual licensed practitioner under state law, authorized to practice medicine or osteopathy.
